First off, welcome to EMPGaming.com! This is not just your typical clan that we're attempting to create here, we have a large setup devoted to creating a successful gaming community, groups to help get yourself more active and have more fun within EMPGaming, and many other aspects!

Tips on Getting Accepted into EMPGaming

• Be an Active Member - If you're an active member on the servers, ventrillo, and forums you will get recognized quicker. Just being an active gamer on the servers, ventrillo, or forums will not get you promoted alone. Join our various groups listed on this page, where you can become informed of events!
  
• Donations - Since our servers, website/forums, and everything else are run on donations, this is a major boost to your possibility of getting promoted. In order to keep our community strong, we need to have money to pay for our servers. Now you don't need to donate to get promoted, but donating is a guarantee to getting yourself recognized and promoted faster.
  
• Skill Level - »[εmρ]« is trying to uphold a reputation of having good players within our clan. Recruits can be accepted at any skill level, but the next step to a Member might take you longer. Being good will not get you promoted by itself, but it's a requirement to get any higher than an Applicant in »[εmρ]«.
  
• Maturity - Although our server rules do allow cursing, we don't allow many other things. Cursing is part of the game, and »[εmρ]« doesn't care if you are profane. Just make sure you follow the server rules and don't disrespect »[εmρ]« and our community by doing something immature and wrong. The ability to make mature decisions on the servers, ventrillo, or forums is a must.
  
• Enforcing Rules - Just because you don't have admin privileges doesn't mean that you can't help enforce the rules. You have the ability to take screenshots, record demo's, contact admins, etc... If there's a situation that needs to be taken care of please help »[εmρ]« by enforcing our rules and keeping this community a fun and friendly environment!
  
• Communication - You need to be active and communicate. This means getting into ventrilo when playing.

Members, Admins and Council are always watching, listening, and discussing who should get promoted and why. Realize that your actions will be a direct effect of your possible promotion(s).
DO NOT ASK TO BE PROMOTED! THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OR PROMOTE SOMEONE WHO NAGS! Patience is key.

• Currently we have 1 active server, a Rotation Server! (IP: 206.217.136.185:27015) Please add it to your favorites! If it's empty, please try to start-up the server, and seed if possible!
  
• Keep updated about important clan information, events, and dates, etc by joining our Steam Group and reading the News & Announcements section on the forums. If you are not invited to the EMPGaming PRIVATE group, please PM a Council Member to get invited!
  
• Now that you have been accepted into »[εmρ]«, you have access to the »[εmρ]« member discussion. This is a private forum area not viewable to the public and only accessible to those of member status or higher. Questions involving our clan or issues that arise should be discussed in here as subjects like this should stay within the walls of »[εmρ]«. Your activity in this forum is very much appreciated!

These are a few of the basic goals of what we want »[εmρ]« to be. Our goals are simple, and we want to give you the best experience possible by becoming a part of our community!

• Strong Community - We want to have people that enjoy being here with »[εmρ]« members and regular pub players. We value all people who help »[εmρ]« in all shapes and forms.
  
• Activity! - If »[εmρ]« has a huge amount of activity, this means we're doing something right, and we will continue to replicate this so we can continue to grow and stay active.
  
• Have Server(s) - Our goal to start with is to have a main server of Rotation Maps and possibly others later on, but our focus will be getting 1 active server first. If our budget allows us, we will expand at a slow rate.
  
• »[εmρ]« Scrim Team - There is a large interest in a Scrim Team for »[εmρ]« and we will be doing our best to get practice sessions and tryouts going soon.
  
• A Fun Environment - We are playing these games for fun. We would like you to as well. Please keep the environment as friendly as possible, and don't ruin other peoples fun.
